Proximal Tibial Resection To determine the desired tibial resection level, insert the Tibial Stylus into the cutting slot and position the tip of the stylus onto the appropriate location on the tibial plateau. The handle of the Tibial Stylus may be rotated in order to determine whether a 2 mm or 9 mm resection below the stylus tip is appropriate. The 2 mm stylus tip is used for minimal resection from the most effected tibial condyle, while the 9 mm stylus tip is used for a 9 mm tibial bone cut from the least effected condyle. 16
