Then elevate the posterior slot by adjusting the bottom knob with the Screw Driver to match a chosen size. The figures next to the bottom knob indicate the adjustment of posterior resection level relative to standard 9 mm cutting. Once the appropriate size is determined, rotate the upper knob to the lock position with the Screw Driver to secure the chosen size. Fix with Threaded Pin
