Implantation Patellar Cement Clamp Adaptor 9404-5306 Tibial Baseplate Impactor 9304-5101 Patellar Clamp 9404-5305 Modular Handle 9304-1103 I nstruments Mix and apply bone cement to the patellar implant and patellar bone bed. Assemble the Patellar Cement Clamp Adaptor to the Patellar Clamp to firmly hold the patellar implant. Use a curette to remove all extruded cement. Leave the clamp in place until cement polymerization is complete. Mix and prepare bone cement in the usual fashion for the tibial baseplate and proximal tibia.
